New Equipment Warranty
Warranty on new equipment is that of the manufacturer. Please contact a Venture Medical representative regarding any questions related to warranty terms. Most new equipment carries at least a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Used & Refurbished Equipment Warranty
Warranty on used equipment varies from item to item. Please discuss this with your Venture Medical representative. Your warranty period on refurbished/used equipment will be notated on your invoice. The warranty information located on the invoice supersedes any other warranty information expressed or implied.
The date the warranty coverage begins is the date that the item(s) are received by the customer. The customer is the party which issued the purchase order or initiated the order, not necessarily the end-user.
How Warranty Service Works
Items that require warranty service will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Venture Medical. Ship-back warranties apply to most small items that are able to be shipped by UPS or FedEx.

What Voids Your Warranty
The following will void any and all warranty coverage:
- Misuse, mishandling, or use unintended for the device
- Tampering with the device in any way
- Service performed by a technician or person not authorized by Venture Medical
