The Mayfield Adult Horseshoe Headrest Pad Set, also known as a horseshoe headrest cushion or cranial positioning pad, is a new, non-OEM direct replacement for the Mayfield Horseshoe Headrest. This complete set includes both left and right pads, restoring cushioning and patient contact points without the wait or cost of OEM parts. It’s built to fit seamlessly onto your existing headrest frame. Compatible model of headrest include the A-1011 and A-1012.
Horseshoe headrests support patients in the prone or supine position during neurosurgery, spine surgery, and other delicate procedures. Fresh padding helps maintain proper weight distribution and reduces pressure points during long cases.
