Harloff Treatment Cart: ETC-3 Features: Three Drawer Economy Treatment Cart, 3-2.75″ Drawers, and 1-12″ Bottom Storage Compartment (open). The low height makes these carts ideal for bedside or under the counter and has 3″ stem casters with two wheels with brakes.
