Clinton Adjustable One-Sided Staircase features 1.5″ stainless steel handrails, easy height adjustments with spring plungers, and numbered indicator strips. A second knob ensures rigidity. The hardwood plywood base has a UV satin finish and assembles with steel fasteners. Slate Gray PVC edge material adds durability. It includes two full-width safety treads and supports 450 lbs. Available in 30″ and 36″ widths, adjusts in 1.5″ increments, and includes a 5-year warranty.
