VBM SlimLine Double Cuff/Single Port Leg Tourniquet Cuff Features: Handmade in Germany this Double Cuff for I.V. Regional Anesthesia and can be used for Bier Block Procedures.  This reusable Welded Cuff that is very low profile, which makes the cuff very lightweight and easy to place on the patient.
