Blickman 25″ Diameter Stainless Steel Hamper with Foot-Operated Lid: 8773SS-LF.  Features include round Tubular Rings that are seamlessly welded to 3 Legs.  A solid, Round Platform at the bottom acts as a Brace and Protects the hamper Bag from the Floor.  Hamper comes with standard with a Stainless Steel Lid with Pin-Drop, Pneumatic Top for Quiet Operation.
