Body – 18 gauge, Door(s) – 18 gauge, Top – 16 gauge, Chassis – 11 gauge, Bumper channel – 14 gauge. Heavy Duty Door Hinge improves structural integrity, allows the door to swing back 270 degrees.
Features & Benefits: Positive catch holds the door in an open position for cart washing. The low maintenance, stainless steel cart washable stainless steel casters with polyurethane wheels, travel with less rolling friction for a smoother ride. Not recommended for autoclaves. Swivel Casters with one swivel lock come standard for easy steering. Choose a caster with a total lock to prevent the cart from rolling on uneven surfaces. Improved Paddle Latch Door with built-in hasp for tamper-evident locks. Allows for drainage, yet is completely sealed to prevent accumulation of moisture. Easy, one-handed operation. Resists high temperatures. Step Down Bottom is pitched towards the front at 7 degrees for maximum drainage after washing.
Additional Features: Flush-welded front vertical and horizontal members are ground and polished for easy cleaning. Full-Length Push Handle corners are angled in for maximum wall protection. Contents can be easily removed from Wire Pull Out Shelf. Sturdy shelf design allows for easy cleaning and storing.
